About Me

Tanya Lubicz-Nawrocka has worked with various educational nonprofits and universities in the UK and the US to strengthen educational initiatives ranging from primary education to higher education. She is now passionate about improving higher education through student partnerships with staff.

Educational Background:
Tanya double-majored in Sociology & Anthropology and in French at Colgate University in the US, earning her BA in 2008. She completed her MPhil in Modern Society and Global Transformations at Cambridge University in 2011. She is currently working on her PhD in Education at the University of Edinburgh.

Professional and Research Interests:
Tanya currently works in higher education in student support, representation, and advocacy for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Her doctoral research focuses on student empowerment through partnerships with staff in curriculum development projects, and examining the impact of these partnerships on these individuals and their communities.
